Re-boot of the Forum is completed

The Forum panel is now working! Im so happy!
While the forum was down, the following went into place -

1. Technicians from Forumotion fixed some type of failure in the admin panel.
2. Some posts were taken down, in the process.
3. Appearance changed.
4. Forums and categories changed.
5. More smilies added.
6. Usergroups cleaned.
7. Portal cleaned.
8. Buttons added.
9. Forums added.
10. Technical issues within Personal Forums now fixed.
