| [ Republican ] [ Democrat ] [ Libertarian ] [ Communist ] [ Socialist ] [ Authorian Right ] [ Anarchist ] [ Environmentalist ]
Anarchism -- distinct political philosophy. Socialism -- distinct political philosophy (though some anarchist are socialist). Capitalism -- distinct political philosophy. Fascism -- distinct political philosophy.
I'm just pointing out that I could belong to the communist group, the socialist group, the libertarian group, the anarchist group and the environmentalist group.
Republicans, Democrats and "Big L" Libertarians are all capitalists. Communists are socialists, socialism isn't "lite/diet" communism.
My suggestion is simply keep the groups to distinct political philosophies. If you have three groups for capitalist, you'd eventually need three groups for anarchist, socialist, etc.

| We'll, as you may know, this forum was created in retailiation to World Republic, in generalizing that it is supposeably socialist forum (While it has near 7+ communist groups and like 5 rightist, capitalist, green, etc groups combined, and still claims to be equal. The reasoning behind this was because it is mainly a communist forum, and this will be mainly a capitalist forum as it progresses, with about 25% counter-capitalist "for educational purposes" (Like AU with cappies) I can see changing it too Capitalist, and it's a possiblity, but most likely the majority on here will turn out to be capitalistic, just like the majority on WR are communist and majority on AU is anarchist (Surpise Surprise ). A couple issues i have are- Fascists, are not the only right group, their are bonapartists, national socialists, structured anarchists (Or so sill calls them), and who knows what else. Socialist and Communist has a huge difference. Mainly, because, as you know, Communism on here is in reference to Marxist communism, and if i put Marxist, the commies would want me to put Leninist, Stalinist, etc. While every communist/anarchist is a socialist every socialist is not a communist/anarchist making it so marxist communism has to stay as a group, you don't mix socialists and communists, expecially if the socialist is democratic socialist against communism/anarchism. Enviornmentalism i really never wanted to put in, but Sill and GOAT insisted (GOAT, as in second member of the forum waaay back when.) | |

| Structure anarchism!? Right wing!? WTF?!
Oh my god..
If you're a communist, you're a socialist -- if you're a socialist, you're a communist. The terms are NOT interchangeably, but they are also not both political theories.
Communism is a state of society, socialism is the way to get there.
I'm just saying, you have like four different capitalist groups.. And fine, you can replace "fascist" in my post with "right wing". All still applies.

| "Structured anarchism" in reference to Sill (Unsure if it is correct) Is the political ideaology that intertwin National Socialist state control Nationalism, with Anarchist values, i am unsure the main part of it but ask him. "if you're a socialist, you're a communist." =Democratic Socialists are communists? National Socialists are communist( )? I think not so. "socialism is the way to get there" in reference to marxism, not all socialists are marxists. I may do a majority vote for the change, though | |

I may do a majority vote for the change, though Nationalist Socialism advocates ethnic cleansing, which does away with racial equality (what anarchism advocates) -- there is no combination of the two. Yes, even democratic socialists are communists, for they advocate an egaltarian society (just slower). National Socialists aren't even socialist, for they advocate a continuation of the state and keeping of borders.

Ask Sill, i really can not stand up for structured anarchism or whatever it is since i don't really know about it.

| national socialists are just another name for people who want a proletarian dictatorship, just with national boundaries...see also: socialism in one country see also: stalinism
i was fairly certain that what divides communists from other socialists (yes, communism is a branch of socialism....which tries to get to socialism, also known as communism...its confusing, but this terminology has been used along these lines many times...) is that they want a RADICAL approach - a direct, violent rebellion, or constant agitation - democratic socialists want to use the government....that's not communist. its still socialist, though, because its still fighting for the egalitarian society....
but this is just an argument on semantics O.o;;
