Recruiting Game

This is how we will play

Requirements: You must be a registered active or semi-active user.

How To Play: Every time you recruit a new member, i will give you 1 point, although their is a catch, the user MUST be active, and not yourself under different name(I will use a IP address check, so don't try to cheat ) The user, must say he was recommended by your registered name.

Once you use the points, they will be reduced by the amount needed for that specific item. Let's say you have 6 points, and you spend it on "Announcement", now you have 2 points, simple math here.

Rewards:
4 "Points" = Get your name in the Announcement section as title, and a statement that you personally type (50 -word- max) Additional rules apply.
5 "Points" = Be allowed Spy access to a enemies personal forum for a week. (Being able to view it, AND write in it) As a example, let's say your a capitalist, you can see the communist personal forum and all the topics!
6 "Points" = Choose your own personal title, besides Admin or Moderator.
